What to Expect: 

• You’ll be given a set of questions to answer via video. There’s no live interaction—you’ll record your responses on the Hirevire platform. These videos will only be reviewed by our client and our authorized hiring team and are strictly for recruitment purposes. 

Helpful Tips for Your Video Interview: 

1. Prepare Your Environment: 

   • Choose a quiet, well-lit space where you won’t be interrupted. 

   • Make sure your background is tidy and professional. A simple, light-colored background is recommended. 

   • A plain wall background is strongly preferred. 

1. Practice Beforehand: 

   • Familiarize yourself with the platform by recording a test video. 

   • Practice answering common interview questions to build confidence. 

1. Dress Professionally: 

   • Please dress as you would for an in-person interview to make a positive impression. Business attire or smart casual tops are strongly encouraged. 

1. Stay Authentic: 

   • Be yourself! Let your enthusiasm and personality come through naturally. 

   • Please avoid reading your response and answer naturally. 

1. Manage Your Time: 

   • Review the allotted time (maximum of 2 minutes) for each question and keep your responses concise but thorough. 

   • A checklist will help you stay focused and avoid going off track. 

Important Reminder: 

• For confidentiality purposes, please avoid stating your full name and company name. 

• Ensure your audio is clear and functioning properly. 

• Avoid reading your responses word-for-word. Instead, prepare a simple checklist of key points to guide you. This helps keep your answers structured and your delivery more natural. 

• Be mindful of webcam placement to maintain eye contact—please make sure you’re looking directly at the camera. 

• Make the most of the retake option to ensure your recording is clear and ready for submission.
