For privacy and compliance, please do not mention or state your complete name at any point during your video responses. You may refer to yourself using your first name only or in general terms (e.g., “in my previous role,” “as a scheduler,” etc.).

What to Expect:

You’ll be given a set of questions to answer via video. There’s no live interaction—you’ll record your responses on the Hirevire platform. These videos will only be reviewed by our client and our authorized hiring team and are strictly for recruitment purposes.

Prepare Your Environment:

2. Make sure your background is tidy and professional. A simple, light-colored background is recommended.

Consider using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers effectively. This will help provide clear and impactful examples from your experience. Kindly see below sample.

Customer Service Examples:

🔹 Question: Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer.

✅ Good Answer (STAR Method):
Situation: A customer’s order was delayed, and they were upset as it was a birthday gift.
Task: Ensure the customer received their order as soon as possible while maintaining satisfaction.
Action: I personally coordinated with the courier for express delivery and sent a discount code as an apology.
Result: The customer received the gift in time and left a 5-star review, praising the service.

❌ Common Mistakes: Telling a long story without focusing on what you did. Not mentioning the impact or result of your actions.

Keep answers clear, concise, and structured (1-2 minutes max).
Always use the STAR method to provide relevant and impactful responses.
Highlight specific actions and measurable outcomes to demonstrate effectiveness.
Reflect on specific situations throughout your career that showcase your skills and expertise.
Jot down key points or bullet notes to stay organized and ensure your responses are structured.
Once prepared, re-record your video with these improvements and resubmit.
